Molds up to 500 millimeters wide and 200 millimeters high.
The KORTHFIBER PULTRUSION MACHINE is a piece of equipment designed for manufacturing pultruded profiles.
It is capable of manufacturing profiles of various shapes using the pultrusion process. Controlled by PLC software, this equipment has a mold mounting area with dimensions of up to 500 millimeters in width and 200 millimeters in height.
Produce U, I, T, and L-shaped profiles, angle irons, tubes, and custom shapes—the die defines the product.
In-motion cutting during pultrusion ensures maximum productivity without downtime.
The production of traditional profiles still faces limitations that affect cost, performance, and durability. Materials such as steel and aluminum are prone to corrosion in harsh environments and are also heavy, which increases transportation and installation costs. Added to this are limitations in available shapes and a lack of production flexibility, which restrict innovation and increase operating costs.
KORTHFIBER PULTRUSION addresses these challenges with a continuous, efficient, and highly versatile process. With PLC control and a modular design, the equipment enables the production of profiles with different geometries while maintaining a high level of standardization and quality.
With the capacity to handle molds up to 500 mm wide and 200 mm high, the machine can handle everything from lightweight profiles to heavy-duty structures, expanding the production portfolio with efficiency and scalability.
