The Korthfiber Rebar line of machines was developed for the manufacture of fiberglass rebar (GFRP).
The production process goes through several stages made up of specific equipment so that the final product is ready to be rolled, in the case of rebar up to 10mm, or cut into bars in larger diameters.
The complete structure can manufacture 6 rebars simultaneously and reach an autonomy of 5 meters per minute, that’s almost 14,5km per day in an 8-hour shift with just 3 employees in operation. Made 100% in Brazil and with a 1-year warranty.
